Fantastic home with great amenities, close to beach and restaurants, ample parking. Host Tania was fabulous. Was fabulous and would stay again.
Comfortable Family Stay Near the Beach
Great home in a nice neighborhood that is a short walk to the beach, grocery, and nice restaurants. The home is very comfortable and great for kids as there is a garden and trampoline in the backyard. Tania was a great host - she left clear instructions and was responsive when we had any questions.

Comfortable, Well-Located, and Enjoyable
Tania’s house was perfect for our stay. It was just as described and so comforting and very well located. A 15 minute walk to the beautiful Cottesloe Beach and a 10 minute walk to Napoleon St with great shops and dining establishments along with other businesses. One thing to note is the temperature of the pool is quite chilly and we didn’t get to use it as much as we would have liked, as Americans used to warm water😂. But we so enjoyed looking at the pool from the deck. And the pizza oven was a real treat!!! I would highly recommend the house.
Spacious Home with Amazing Pool
This is a beautiful house in a great location. You can use the pool- which is big enough for 10guests or take a short walk to the beach. It has everything you need for a great catch up with a large group.
Wonderful Stay in a Great Neighborhood
The house is perfect, clean and the neighborhood very nice. We really enjoyed our days in Tânia’s house!

Fantastic Base for Exploring Perth — Beachside and Family-Friendly
Had a fabulous family stay over New Year. Kids loved the outdoor space; and we all loved the location/ proximity to the beach. We knew the area pretty well, which helped; and the location provides a fabulous base to explore Perth and surroundings. Thank you to the hosts!
