Pine lined streets lead you to the beach which is a short 10 min walk or 5 min bike ride. Close to all the favourite cafes, restaurants and local supermarket at the top of the street. The main house has the iconic Cottesloe Cabin at the rear, which is also available to book as a separate listing if you need additional 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms.

A Resort-Style Escape in Beautiful Cottesloe
I recently spent two nights at the Cottesloe Beach House with my daughters, and it was the ultimate coastal getaway. After a hectic weekend of basketball competitions, this was exactly the sanctuary we needed to relax and recharge. What We Loved: The House: The home itself is stunning and incredibly spacious. It’s light, airy, and styled with beautiful furnishings that make it feel both luxury and lived-in. Outdoor Oasis: The lush gardens and the fantastic outdoor pool area were the highlights of our stay. It felt like our own private resort. Immaculate Quality: The property was spotlessly clean, which we appreciated immensely. The Personal Touch: A huge thank you to our host, Tania. She was wonderful to deal with, and the bag of goodies she left for us was such a beautiful, thoughtful surprise! The location is unbeatable, and the vibe of the house is pure relaxation. We had a brilliant time and will definitely be back for another stay.
Between the City and the Sea — We Didn’t Want to Leave
The property was beautiful. It is in a quiet street in a convenient location. Grant street station is very close allowing easy access to Perth and Fremantle with trains running every 15 minutes and in the other direction only a 10 minute walk to the beach or 20 minutes to swim inside the net at Cottosloe There is a very convenient and well stocked supermarket and coffee shop 5 minutes walk away or more shops near cottosloe station We chose not to hire a car and during our three week stay didn’t feel the need of one There are several bars, pubs and restaurants within a mile The property is well maintained and the pool and garden were attended to during our stay. Our host was friendly and helpful and responded promptly to our queries. Suffice to say we intend to return. Many thanks for a great holiday
