Beautifully curated, the home has striking contemporary art with refined interiors and relaxed coastal living featuring an incredible alfresco area + pool area. Loma House offers generous spaces for unwinding and enjoying long summer days in Cottesloe, with three bedrooms each with their own garden views + air-conditioning.

Loma House accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, with 2 bathrooms. 

LIVING AREAS
Generous living spaces for relaxing together paired with beautiful artwork feature throughout this home. Thoughtfully designed floorplan with light-filled interiors; timber flooring; an additional upstairs lounge/study with a private balcony; Wi-Fi; air conditioning and heating.

KITCHEN
Designer kitchen with marble benchtops, oak cabinetry a breakfast bar; Miele oven and cooktop; refrigerator; dishwasher; microwave; coffee machine; blender; toaster; rice steamer and all the essentials. 

DINING AREAS
Dedicated indoor dining spaces with sliding glass doors connecting to the outdoor entertaining area. Enjoy relaxed meals inside or alfresco dining in the courtyard. Loma House features a casual dining space off the kitchen as well as a 10 seater formal dining table which connects to the living room.

BEDROOMS
3 bedrooms and 3 beds, accommodating up to 6 guests. All bedrooms have air conditioning and garden views.

The upstairs master bedroom features a king bed, generous dressing room and private ensuite. The two additional bedrooms (queen beds) are located on the ground floor.

BATHROOMS
2 full bathrooms, including a private master ensuite and a family bathroom with a freestanding bath. Towels, a hairdryer and bathroom essentials are provided.

LAUNDRY AREA
Washing machine, clothes dryer, laundry sink + iron and ironing board. Outdoor drying area. 

OUTDOOR AREAS
Beautiful landscaped gardens; a central courtyard with retractable awning; alfresco entertaining and dining areas; gas BBQ; rear lawn and an upstairs balcony.

SWIMMING POOL
Private outdoor swimming pool surrounded by established gardens, perfect for enjoying Cottesloe’s summer days.

The pool is not heated.

On-site parking available within a secure electric vehicle gate.

GUEST ACCESS

We love welcoming families and know how much preparation travelling with little ones can involve.

Our Children’s Bundle is available for an additional $100 per stay. Please let us know when booking if you would like it included.

The bundle includes:

• BabyBjörn portacot with linen
• High chair
• Change mat
• Baby towel and wash
• Toys

Child car seats can also be arranged for an additional $60 each for the duration of your stay. Please provide your child’s age and seating requirements so we can confirm a suitable option.
