Fantastic house, much larger than appears in photos. Short walk to everything you need and beaches in Cottesloe. Nothing better than a swim and coffee at 6am at North Cott beach

We had such a wonderful stay. The house is stunning with lovely original features and styling. There are multiple different areas to congregate around place which is great when staying with multiple families like we were. The IGA across the road was convenient and the house was within easy walking distance to the beach and places to eat. Thanks so much for having us!

A Home We Can’t Wait to Return To
The house was so comfortable and well appointed, particularly in the kitchen. There were multiple indoor and outdoor areas in which to hang out and the location, so close to beautiful North Cottesloe beach and across the road from a supermarket and coffee shop, was second to none. Tania and team were very attentive and super easy to deal with. We will be back!
Cosy, Clean, and Conveniently Located
beautiful house in cottesloe with a supermarket and cafe just on the other side of the road and the beach about 10min walk. my family had a lovely stay, the house is much bigger than on the photos. it was very clean and the decor was thoughtfully chosen, making it such a cosy place. we had the best time here, only thing being right next to a bigger road and single glazing can make it a little noisier at night. other than that we would definitely come back!
A Beautiful Home in the Perfect Location — We’ll Be Back!
We enjoyed a wonderful Christmas here and it’s the perfect location for a sunny beach holiday. An easy walk to the Cottesloe surf and its various restaurants, also very close to the shops and boutiques of Peppermint Grove. Tania was attentive and the house was really well equipped with everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at the house in Cottesloe was great. Very clean, lots of space, great outdoor areas, very charming. The outdoor space is a strong point: private, calm, different spaces and perfect for morning coffee. The location is fantastic— short walk to Cottesloe Beach, cafés, restaurants and everything you actually care about when staying in this part of Western Australia. The property was spotless on arrival, the bed was genuinely comfortable, and the host had all essentials stocked properly plus additionals. It is an older house, thus bathrooms have an older style, but again very clean. Parking was easy, check-in was straightforward and communication was very efficient and accomodating. Thank you for a great stay.
