Spacious Coastal Stay with Great Dining Nearby
The house is lovely, lots of room with two living areas, a large kitchen and sun catching balconies. However the best thing about the property is its proximity to the beach and with that comes fab restaurants (loved il lido) and coffee shops (daisies being my favourite). Bedrooms are a long way apart so may not be ideal for young children but perfect for my teens.
Perfect Family Weekend Getaway
We booked the house for a little weekend getaway with the family. The house is stunning, and the location is so convenient. We walked to the beach and nearby cafes every morning. Upon arrival, the house was presented to us spotless, and the air conditioner was running (it was hot in Perth). Every detail in the house was intentional, like a welcome gift and practical notes on the fridge and throughout the house. Accidentally, we caused some small damage, but we were really happy with the manager's quick and friendly response and guidance on how to resolve the issue. We can highly recommend this beautiful house.
Perfect Stay for Our Family
We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The host was friendly and responsive, and everything was just as described. We’d definitely stay here again!
Perfect for Families and Beach Lovers
We absolutely loved staying here. A beatiful home which felt very peaceful. Great to relax in after a day at the beach. It’s spacious and light filled. The 3 bedrooms are all well separated giving privacy to each guest and places to hang out without disturbing others. We were with a toddler ! Of course, an incredible location with a short walk to the beach, restaurants and the icecream shop. Thank you. We had a great time in Perth and our Airbnb was perfect
Wonderful Stay Near Cottesloe Beach
Our stay at Tania’s place was wonderful. Plenty of room for everyone, with comfortable beds, bathroom ammenities and an incredibly well stocked kitchen. Cottesloe beach was a 2 minute walk away and plenty of great coffee nearby. I’ll definitely book again if staying in the area. Thank you!

Great place! Cleanl and cozy. 5 mins walk to the beach and supermarket. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.
